Krista Paschke was born and raised in the DFW area, attending schools in Mansfield, Texas for the majority of her childhood. She went on to attend East Central University, where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies in 2015. While at East Central, Krista earned Academic All-Conference honors for four consecutive years as a member of the school’s NCAA Division II women’s soccer team on a full-tuition scholarship. She also served as Chief Justice for the university’s Greek Judicial Board as a member of Chi Omega. Krista believes her years as a competitive athlete helped shape the strong work ethic, discipline, and determined mindset she brings to her legal practice today.
Krista later earned her Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law with distinction, concentrating her studies in business law and estate planning. During law school, she gained valuable experience clerking for the Honorable Judge John Chupp in Tarrant County, where she developed a strong foundation in litigation, judicial procedure, and complex legal analysis.
Prior to joining Peabody Law Firm, Krista’s practice focused on corporate litigation, business law, estate planning, and probate litigation. Over the years, she has represented individuals, families, business owners, and fiduciaries in a wide range of sophisticated legal matters involving wealth preservation, business succession planning, probate disputes, trust administration, and asset protection strategies. Her litigation background gives her a unique perspective when designing estate plans, allowing her to proactively identify and address issues that could otherwise create conflict, inefficiency, or unnecessary expense for families in the future.
Today, Krista focuses her practice primarily on estate planning, probate matters, and business planning, with an emphasis on helping high-net-worth individuals and families create thoughtful, customized plans tailored to their long-term goals and legacy. She is passionate about building relationships with her clients and guiding families through important planning decisions with clarity, compassion, and practical insight.
Outside of the office, Krista enjoys spending time with her husband, Daniel, whom she married in 2019. Daniel grew up in Southlake and attended Carroll ISD, and together they deeply value investing in the Dragon community. Krista and Daniel are the proud parents of three young children—two boys and a girl— who keep life busy, joyful, and full of adventure. In her free time, Krista enjoys attending church, watching football, traveling with her family, and spending time with friends.
Krista looks forward to serving her clients and helping families and business owners navigate their estate and business planning needs with confidence and peace of mind.
