Ryan E. Peabody
As the founding member of Peabody Law Firm, Ryan Peabody wanted to create a firm centered on quality customer service coupled with a unique legal expertise. By focusing the firm on only estate and business planning, the philosophy of the firm could be uncompromisingly driven toward this end.
Ryan graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, having focused his research and studies on estate and business planning. He gained experience in both Texas and California law firms giving him multi-jurisdictional exposure to the law and has allowed him to broaden his knowledge and approach to the more sophisticated applications of estate and business planning taking place in the United States.
Ryan’s approach to the law involves going the extra mile for his clients so that they may benefit from the most cutting edge legal planning available. He enjoys explaining the law to his clients in a relatable and understandable way.

Gregory Treat became an attorney to use his legal skills to create business solutions for business owners dealing with the challenges of a technology-rich, data-driven economy. This fits well with Peabody Law Firm’s philosophy of direct engagement with business owners and careful attention to their specific needs, from immediate business planning to safeguarding an owner’s legacy through estate planning.
Gregory graduated from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California, where he focused on business planning, including international business transactions and Big Data compliance. His experience allows him to apply the classic principles of law to both traditional business planning, as well as new opportunities unique to the modern business environment.
Gregory believes that the law should work for businesses, and business owners, and not against them. He enjoys working with clients to find the answers that will not just solve problems for businesses, but help accomplish and safeguard the goals of business owners themselves.
