Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer 6 month, 0% financing on most legal work. Financing is subject to approval by our underwriter.

Do you charge for initial consultations?

Generally, no. For most business and estate planning matters there will be no charge for your initial consultation. We will of course clarify billing and fee arrangements up front. Plan for thirty minutes to an hour for an initial consult. Consultations may be longer or shorter depending on the complexity of the issues.

Do you make home and business visits?

Should the need arise, we are happy to meet you at your home, in the hospital or care facility. We can also meet you at your business if it is convenient to do so. Please don’t hesitate to ask.

What if we need you to travel out of town?

We make out of town trips when needed. Such trips may incur additional travel expenses. Please contact us for additional information.

Do you draft deeds?

Yes! We prepare various deeds for real property along with related documentation. Our deed pricing is a set flat rate that includes filing fees. For deed pricing send us an email or give us a call with what you are looking for.

Do you support title companies?

Yes, we do. We support title companies around Texas. We have special pricing available based on your volume as well as phone support, including evenings and weekends. Contact us for more information on special support plans.

Do you do a lot of work with startups?

Absolutely. We love working with new companies. Whether you are building a real estate portfolio and have questions about LLCs or Series-LLCs or are getting ready to manufacture a good or provide a professional service, our aim is to get to know your company and your goals, so that we may continue to serve your legal needs as you grow and expand.

Do you support medical professionals?

Yes. We do a great deal of work with doctors, dentists, counselors and therapists. Professionals have unique needs. If you are looking to purchase an existing practice, bring on a new partner, or expand your office, we can advise you of your rights, obligations and help you navigate around potential pitfalls as you move forward.
